Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://friendlyliquorhouston.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Friendly Liquor reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Friendly Liquor markets and arranges Beer, Wine, Cognac, Tequila, Gin. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Friendly Liquor or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Friendly Liquor makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Friendly Liquor's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Friendly Liquor from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by TX law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in TX for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Updates. Friendly Liquor reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
